Welcome to our Transaction Guide page. You can find information about the issues you are curious about before ordering, creating and tracking your orders.

To become a member of www.jimmykey.com, you can become a member by clicking the “Become a Member” option under the menu in the upper right corner of our website and filling in your Name, Surname, E-Mail Address, Phone, Date of Birth and Password information completely on the Become a Member page you will be directed to.

If you want to be informed about the Campaigns,

  • “I want to be informed about campaigns and announcements by e-mail”.
  • “I want to be informed about campaigns and announcements via SMS”.
  • You can check the boxes titled “I want to be informed about campaigns and announcements by phone call”.
  • You can become a member by clicking the “SUBSCRIBE” button.
  • You can save time on your next orders without having to re-enter your information each time.
  • You can inquire the status of your orders at any time.
  • You can check your order history.
  • You can save the products you like to your favorites.
  • By joining the Key Family, you can be informed about current campaigns and benefit from special campaigns for Key Members.
  • Go to www.jimmykey.com and click on the “Login” link in the upper right corner.
  • In the fields under the “MEMBER LOGIN” heading in the section that opens, enter your e-mail address and the password you set when you created your membership.
  • If you have forgotten your password, click on the “Forgot your password?” link. In the e-mail field on the page that opens, enter the e-mail address you used when you created your membership and click the “SEND” button. An e-mail message will be sent to you to set a new password. Click on the “Please click here to set a new password” link in the message sent. You will be directed to the page called “Change Your Password” on jimmykey.com. Enter the new password you will use to log in to our website in the “New password” and “New password (again)” fields on the relevant page and click the “SEND” button.

To find the product you want on www.jimmykey.com, you can search by typing keywords or browse the product options by scrolling from the main category to the relevant sub-category. You can add the product of your choice to your shopping cart by clicking the “Add to Cart” button on the product page.

To proceed to the checkout, click the Buy button after selecting the products you will purchase in your cart. You can enter the address where you want your order and invoice to be sent or you can choose one of your registered addresses. If you wish, you can request an address update before your product is shipped. If your order has not been delivered to the cargo, you can send your address update request via [email protected] or Customer Services line at 0 (850) 277 70 70.

After entering your credit card information and selecting the installment option, you can complete your purchase. You can make your payment by credit card or garanti pay payment options and save your cards for your next orders with our card registration system.

When you complete your purchase, you will receive a payment confirmation email. Then your products will be supplied, your package will be prepared and your order will be delivered to the cargo. You will be notified by email at each of these stages.

  • You can use your Key Money, coupon and discount codes in the “My Cart” field on the order screen that opens after pressing the Buy button.
  • You can choose the address where you want your order and invoice to be shipped or you can define a new address in the system.
  • You can make your payment by entering your credit card information and choosing one of the installment options.

After payment is received at www.jimmykey.com, the product is shipped within the specified supply period and shipping information is entered into the system. Shipping information is sent to your e-mail address. You can also track your product by clicking the “SHIPPING TRACKING” button on the right side of your current order on your My Orders page or on the cargo company's website.

The Preliminary Information Form and the Distance Sales Agreement established online between the seller and the buyer regarding the product or service you purchased are sent to you with the order confirmation e-mail. These documents are also stored in www.jimmykey.com records for six months.

You can follow the order status from your My Account page, for the change or cancellation of your order information; You can send your request via [email protected] or Customer Service line at 0 (850) 277 70 70.
