MEMBERSHIP AGREEMENT

In this agreement, JIMMY KEY MAĞAZACILIK TEKSTİL SAN. VE TİC. A.Ş. (Yedi eylül Mah.- Celal Umur Cad. No: 6/E Torbalı/İzmir) will be briefly referred to as “JIMMY KEY” and the www.jimmykey.com website of JIMMY KEY will be briefly referred to as “Site”.

By becoming a member of JIMMY KEY through the Site, you agree to the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement and undertake to act in accordance therewith. If you do not wish to be bound by these terms and conditions, you may not use the Site or terminate your membership immediately. By accepting this agreement; You hereby declare that you agree to become a member of the customer satisfaction oriented “Key Member Membership Program” created to provide JIMMY KEY's members with advantages such as general and special campaigns, promotions, promotions, earning points, earning discounts, gift vouchers, becoming a member of clubs and discounts, and to benefit from these programs and applications.

Within the scope of the JIMMY KEY “Key Member Membership Program”, your personal information that you submit with the membership page form will be processed for the above-mentioned and similar purposes and for commercial use alone and/or in combination with other personal data within the scope of the legal grounds for the establishment and execution of this contract and within the scope of the membership relationship. In addition, your explicit consent will be requested in the membership area in order to contact you via sms, internet, letter, telephone, etc. channels. You have been informed that you have the right to unsubscribe, terminate/refuse to be contacted and sent commercial electronic messages, sms, e-mails, letters, letters and telephones without stating any reason with a written notification from time to time at any time you wish. In addition, JIMMY KEY has the right to cancel your membership without any justification.

The determination of the accuracy and completeness of the information provided during the membership application belongs to you. JIMMY KEY is not responsible in any way for the provision of inaccurate or incomplete information.

Any actions and transactions that may cause damage to the software and hardware systems of the site and adversely affect its functioning are prohibited. Multiple transactions using automated programs or software, opening a membership registration or sending excessive amounts of requests or information through automated methods and similar methods are also prohibited.

JIMMY KEY shall have no legal or criminal liability whatsoever for any and all direct and indirect damages, losses, damages and/or losses that Users, Members or other third parties may suffer for any reason whatsoever, including but not limited to any computer viruses, trojans and similar malicious software (malware) that may be exposed due to the use of the Site, the use of the data and information presented or provided on the Site, the behavior based on this data and information or access to the Site.
