You can request an exchange from our seasonal stores within 30 days from the date your order reaches you. You can make an exchange with a different product, color, size, or in your store exchange requests. Jimmy Key products purchased from sites other than Jimmykey.com cannot be returned or exchanged from our stores.
As long as your order is in the supply process, you can cancel it by calling our customer service. When the order is invoiced and reaches the status of supplied, it will no longer be canceled. In this case, when the products reach you, you can examine them and if you do not like them, you can make your return and exchange in accordance with the return/exchange conditions or you can direct the cargo package to return without receiving it. After the products reach our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be made after the checks.
