The return of the products sent by any cargo company other than Sürat Kargo and the transportation fee will not be accepted.

You can follow your return requests from My Orders > My Return Requests > Request Detail View screen and see the status of the return made.

For the return of the orders you have created without membership, search for your order from the Non-Membership Order Tracking page and click the “Easy Return” button in the order detail. In accordance with our return procedures, your return request is processed within 5 business days as of the day your unused, unused, unmodified, packaged products with the label and barcode are received by us.
