The products you choose will be shipped with the cargo company (HepsiJET/Yurtiçi Kargo) that will reach you the fastest according to your location.

Your orders will be shipped within 3 business days at the latest depending on the supply process. Depending on the intensity during the campaign periods, the shipping time may vary. Your cargo is delivered within approximately 1 - 3 business days depending on your address.

You can check the status of your order from the “My Orders” section on the “My Account” page.

Immediately after your order reaches us, warehouse stock checks are carried out by our officials. If all of the products in your order are available in our warehouse, your order is taken to the “Preparing Your Order” stage and the packaging and invoicing process is started respectively. This process is completed within 3 business days at the latest and your package is delivered to the cargo company. These transactions cannot be made on holidays and holidays. Depending on the intensity during the campaign periods, the cargo delivery time may vary.

If any of the products you have selected is not available in stock, the product in question will be procured from our stores and the information “In Supply” will appear in your order detail. In this case, your orders will be delivered to cargo within 3 business days at the latest. Depending on the intensity during the campaign periods, the cargo delivery time may vary. If the product you have paid for online cannot be supplied from our stores within this period, your order status will appear as unavailable and the payment will be returned to you within a maximum of 2 (two) business days.

Provided that your order has been delivered to the cargo company and your membership information is complete and correct, the relevant cargo company will deliver your order to you within 1-3 days depending on the distance of your delivery address to the Jimmy Key central warehouse address. Since cargo companies do not work on holidays and holidays, delivery cannot be made.
