You can complete your return process using the easy return system within 30 days from the date your order is delivered to you.

Go to the “My Orders” page, select the order you want to return, and click the “Easy Return” button. Choose the product(s) you want to return and the return reason, then click the “Create Return Request” button. You can deliver your return package to a Sürat Kargo branch within 7 days using the return shipping code specifically created for you. Alternatively, you can fill out the form at this link to request a courier pickup for your return. Returns sent via any courier company other than Sürat Kargo will not be accepted, and shipping fees will not be covered.

You can track your return requests under My Orders > My Return Requests > View Request Details to check the status of your return.

If you placed an order without creating an account, you can process your return by searching for your order on the Guest Order Tracking page and clicking the “Easy Return” button. Follow the same steps as mentioned above to complete your return.

• The product(s) must be returned in their original packaging, along with all accessories and the invoice.
• Returned products must be unused and must not have undergone any modifications.
• Products without labels and washing instructions cannot be returned.
• For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned. Swimwear and bikinis can only be returned if the hygiene sticker and protective tape are intact.
• Any discounts or promotional codes applied to your purchase will become invalid if a return is requested.
• Returns are processed based on the price listed on the sales receipt at the time of purchase.
• Products purchased from platforms other than jimmykey.com.tr cannot be returned in physical stores.
• Returns for purchases made on jimmykey.com.tr must be completed through our online store. Returns are not accepted at Jimmy Key physical stores.

Returns are processed within 5 business days from the date the product is received by us, provided the item meets return conditions.

The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your bank's policies. Generally, refunds appear in your account within 3-5 business days. It may take up to one billing cycle (1 month) to be reflected in your next bank statement.

• Exchanges can only be made at Jimmy Key seasonal stores. Exchanges are not available at outlet stores.
• Exchanged products must be unused, have their original tags and barcodes, and be in resellable condition.
• Exchanges must be completed within 30 days from the date of delivery.
• Products purchased from other platforms cannot be exchanged at our stores.
• Discounts and promotional codes will become invalid if an exchange is requested.
• Exchanges are processed based on the price listed on the sales receipt at the time of purchase.

• The full refund amount is transferred to your bank in one transaction.
• You will see the refund as a positive balance in your next bank statement.
• Your bank will refund the installment payments in the same number of months as the original installment plan.
• If you have already paid some installments before initiating a return, your bank will refund the remaining balance in the following month.
• Refunds for payments made via debit card will be processed on the same day to the original account.
